Objective: Assess impacts and lessons learned to improve future responses and shore up needed infrastructure

Criteria: Activity starts when recovery efforts have diminished

Actions: Post-event analyses are conducted to assess storm impacts. Actions taken during all activities are assessed and lessons learned documented. Response and recovery activities are reviewed to serve as lessons learned for future collaborative efforts.
